FOUNDERS
David Carrier is a serial entrepreneur, company founder, and private pilot. He started a plumbing pump systems manufacturing business in Florida in 2007, guiding it to become North America's leading privately-owned booster pump system before selling it to a German multinational in 2021. After briefly retiring at 58, David realized he missed the challenges of entrepreneurship and business growth. Now, he focuses on investing in small businesses through equity ownership, leadership, and strategic tax planning. David lives with his wife Debbie in DeBary, FL.

Stefanie Mattos (Carrier) graduated in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Central Florida and began her career with the Orlando Magic NBA team working in projects related to managing communications, marketing, and business strategy. She later became a licensed real estate agent and now helps local families buy and sell property. In 2020, she founded a property management company for short-term vacation rentals, which continues to grow. Stefanie also maintains a busy personal life as a mother to two daughters.
